• Minimum Stay: 2 nights with the exception of all major holidays, when a 3-night stay is required.
• Deposit and Payments: Advance reservation payment equal to the cost of 1 night's stay (plus tax) is required. The balance is due in full 14 days prior to arrival date. Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, and American Express accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received a minimum of 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date for a refund of deposit, minus a $65.00 cancellation fee. Notice within 20 through 15 days of scheduled arrival will forfeit the booking deposit, and 14 days' or less notice will forfeit the entire rental amount.
• Restrictions: Smoking is restricted to outside. Some pet friendly vacation properties and wheelchair accessible vacation properties available; please inquire. Well-behaved children are always welcome.
• Special Events at the Inn: Wedding party accommodations, family reunions, corporate and church retreats, sports teams, film crew and other large group accommodations are our specialty.
