• Property Type: Ranch lodge.
• Accommodations: 3 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths; sleeps 6 to 8; apartment sleeps 2 additional.
• Amenities: Great room (large wood-burning fireplace, grand piano, TV/VCR/DVD player, and stereo), fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, disposal, microwave, stove, refrigerator, washer/dryer, and utensils), dining room (seats 8), large screened porch (sleeping and dining al fresco at a table that seats 8), front patio with umbrella and seating, barbecue, central heat and air conditioning, phone, and linens.
• Rates: Packages for longer stays, birding, ranch tours, and guided hunting available. Rates do not include tax and a one-time $100.00 cleaning fee and are subject to change without notice.

• Minimum Stay: 2 nights.
• Deposit and Payments: Deposit is first night's rate for stays of 2 to 5 days and 25% of total for stays of 6 days or more. Visa, MasterCard, and personal checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: For refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received at least 1 week prior to scheduled arrival for reservations of 2 to 5 nights and at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date for reservations of 6 nights or more. In the event you find it necessary to leave before your scheduled departure date, we regret that we must charge you for the full reserved time.
• Restrictions: No pets without prior clearance. Smoking limited to outside patio. Children welcome.
• Languages Spoken: English and Spanish.
• Special Events on Property: Catering and entertainment for corporate retreats, weddings, special events, and family reunions can be arranged for an additional fee.
• Recreation and Activities: Hiking, biking, catch-and-release fishing, birdwatching, nature walks, swimming, and exploring on several thousand acres of the Ranch.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: San Antonio is 45 minutes away (Alamo, historic missions, Riverwalk, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, Sea World). Within driving distance: Bandera (rodeos, honky-tonking, tubing down the Medina River), Boerne (great antiquing, Cascade Caverns, authentic German traditions), Fredericksburg (German biergartens), and Austin (great music and museums). Also Lost Maples State Park, festivals, concerts, and other local fun.
• Recommended Local Restaurants: Bandera: Busbee's on Main Street for barbecue, OST down the road for Tex-Mex, and Fool Moon for organic fare (next to the local antique mall). Boerne: The Dodging Duck is just across from the town pond, The Bear Moon is around the corner on Main Street for sandwiches and delicious pastries, and Margaritas, down Main Street close to the Super WalMart, for Tex-Mex.
• Recommended Local Best Kept Secrets: Too many to share, but we'll be glad to let you in on them when you come for a visit!
• Directions: From San Antonio, take I-10 West to Hwy. 46 exit in Boerne. Take Hwy. 46 West about 12 miles to the intersection with Hwy. 16. Turn right onto Hwy. 16 toward Pipe Creek. Turn right on Bear Springs Road just before the Pipe Creek Post Office. Stay on Bear Springs Road through several sharp turns and creek crossing. Turn right on New Northrup Ranch Road and proceed to ranch gate. Call in advance for gate combination.
