- Minimum Stay: One week on most rentals -
Saturday to Saturday.
- Check-in: After 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. Check-out:
- Deposit and Payments: A deposit of 40%
of the rental amount plus a $60.00 non-refundable reservations fee
is due within 10 days of booking your reservation. Final payment is
due 30 days prior to arrival. Mark your calendar as no reminders
will be sent out. No personal checks will be accepted after this
date Exception: Reservations made within 30 days of arrival must be
paid in full by credit card at the time of booking and all monies
paid are non-refundable at that time.
- Security Deposit: A Security Deposit is
required for all rentals. In lieu of a CASH deposit, an accepted
credit card will be acceptable. The amount of a cash deposit is at
the discretion of the Agent; however, the minimum suggested deposit
amount is 25% of the rental rate for the dwelling, or $500.00,
whichever is greater. Guest acknowledges Agent's authority to charge
Guest's credit card for damages to the unit occupied by the guest
and/or his/her guest.
- Cancellation Policy: For a refund of
monies, cancellation must be in writing and received 91 days prior
to arrival date. For cancellation made prior to 91 days of arrival,
a cancellation fee of $60.00 and the Reservation Fee of $60.00 will
be forfeited. Cancellations made between 90 days and 31 days of
arrival will result in a forfeiture of the 40% deposit and the
reservation fee of $60.00. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival
will result in a forfeiture of full contracted amount. Travel
Insurance is available for an additional fee. No refunds will be
given for early check-outs or no-shows. **This cancellation policy
does not apply to discounted 3 week or longer reservations.
- Restrictions: While some properties are
Friendly during certain times of the year, pets are not
permitted in homes or villas or on the premises - unless prior
approval from agent. This policy will be STRICTLY ENFORCED. The
Agent reserves the right to cancel your rental reservation and
occupancy of rental with no refund plus charge $200.00 to treat the
property for fleas. Grilling is prohibited on deck areas.
- Recreation and Activities: Boating,
floating, fishing, swimming, water sports, shopping, spas, fitness
centers, parasailing, kayaking, and dolphin cruises. Tennis, golf,
honeymoon, family, and spa packages.

Breakthrough Fitness, The Player's Club, Arts Center of Coastal
Carolina, Main Street Theater, Sea Pines Plantation, Reilley's, The
Brew Pub, The Lodge, Coligny Plaza, The Beach Market, Tiki Hut,
Coastal Discovery Museum, Shelter Cove Marina, Adventure Cove,
Harbour Town Marina, Palmetto Dunes, Legendary Golf, and Daufuskie

- Directions: From I-95, take Exit
8 onto Hwy. 278. Cross the main bridge onto
Head and proceed on Hwy. 278 Business past the light at Arrow
Rd (approximately 11 miles from the bridge). Resort Rentals of
Hilton Head Island is located approximately 100 yards past the light
on the right, #1032 Hwy. 278. You may also take the Cross Island
Expressway. There is a $1.00 toll to take this route. The toll road
takes you onto Palmetto Bay Road. You will take the traffic circle
(at Sea Pines) around to the 3rd exit (3/4 around) and Resort
Rentals of Hilton Head Island will be on your left before the 1st
As of 12/15 the following will be our new directions:
From I-95, take Exit 8 onto Hwy. 278 and travel east for
approximately 20 miles. Cross the main bridge on Hilton Head Island
and stay in the left lane and at the split in the road (about 2
miles from the bridge) take the Cross Island Expressway. There is a
$1.25 toll to take this route. The toll road turns into Palmetto Bay
Road after you have crossed over the Cross Island Bridge. The office
for Resort Rentals of Hilton Head Island will be on your left
shortly after Archer Road (about 1 mile from the Cross Island
Bridge) at the Village Exchange. 32 Palmetto Bay Road, Hilton Head
Island, SC 29928 is the address.
You may also forgo the toll road and proceed on Highway 278
Business to the Sea Pines Circle (approximately 11 miles from the
bridge), taking the first exit off of the Circle to get onto
Palmetto Bay Road (follow signs for Cross Island Expressway).
Continue through the light at Target Road staying in the right lane.
