• Minimum Stay: Minimum stays vary by property.
• Deposit and Payments: A prepayment of $250.00 (made by credit card) and a non-refundable administration fee of $50.00 is due at the time you reserve your property. The balance of the 40% deposit is due 10 days after your reservation was made. The remainder of your balance is due and payable in full 30 days prior to your arrival. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, checks for U.S. funds, and money orders accepted. A 3% convenience fee will be added for those wishing to pay the final 2 installments by credit card. We must have an approved credit card number on file in the name of the renter to hold as a security deposit in the case of damage or extraordinary cleaning after your departure.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or changes in your dates/properties must occur more than 60 days (90 days on home rentals) prior to the scheduled arrival date to receive refund of prepayment, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. If you cancel within 60 days (90 days for home rentals), you forfeit your prepayment plus the $50.00 administrative fee. Cancellation within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date will result in the entire loss of your total rental amount, unless the same property can be rented for the same rate and dates. Travel insurance may be purchased for 6% of your total rental and is highly recommended. No refunds will be given for cancellation or interruption of your stay due to inclement weather.
• Check-in: anytime after 4:00 p.m. Check-out: by 10:00 a.m. on day of departure.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. Beach Properties rents to families, married couples, and responsible adults 25 years of age or older with the exception of married couples where at least one of the individuals is 21 years of age. Person signing the contract must occupy the premises the entire length of reservation.
• Recreation and Activities: Beachcombing, golf, tennis, shopping, swimming, water skiing, boating, hiking, biking, horseback riding, dining, and sight-seeing.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: Arts center, museums, nature preserves, historic sites, beaches, marinas, and championship golf courses. Historic Savannah, Charleston, and Beaufort nearby.
• Directions: Southbound motorists on I-95 should take exit #8, which is Highway 278. Highway 278 takes you directly into Hilton Head Island.
