• Check-in: After 3:00 p.m. as property becomes available.Check-out: is 10:00 a.m. on day of departure. Premises must be completely vacated and keys returned to Booe Realty promptly by 10:00 a.m. or your security deposit will be automatically forfeited. There is also a $10.00 charge for each lost key.
• Deposit and Payments: The amount of the deposit required to confirm your reservation is 1/2 the rental amount or $150.00 whichever is greater. If you pay your deposit by check, your check must be received in our office within 10 days of date in which reservation was made or the reservation will be cancelled! A confirmation will be mailed when your deposit check is received. Departure maid service is required on each reservation in the amount of $60.00 for a one or two bedroom, $75.00 for a three bedroom, $100.00 for 4 bedrooms, and $150.00 for 5 bedroom condos and houses. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made on or prior to 21 days before arrival will be handled as follows: Myrtle Beach Condos or Townhouses - All monies paid will be refunded, less a $75.00 cancellation fee. Houses - No monies will be refunded unless the house is re-rented for the same time period. Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will be handled as follows: Myrtle Beach Condos, Townhouses, or Houses (all properties) - All monies will be forfeited unless the property is re-rented for the exact time period. Booe Realty reserves the right to apply guests money to another arrival date.
• Linen Rentals: Linen rentals are available at a cost of $15 plus tax, per bed. Basic package supply includes 3 bath towels, 2 washcloths and the appropriate bed linens, bath mats and dish towels. Linens are furnished in some properties. Please check individual unit information.
• Miscellaneous Rentals: Regular Crib $55 weekly or $12 daily, Port-a-Crib $50 weekly or $10 daily. Roll-a-way $50 weekly or $10 daily. High Chair $25 weekly or $7 daily. ***Please notify us in advance for a linen or miscellaneous rental.***
• Restrictions: No pets without permission from Booe Realty, and then only 40lbs or less. Children welcome in most rentals. Absolutely no grilling on porches or balconies. Grill only in the designated grilling areas. No parties.
• Special Events: Golf packages.
• Recreation and Activities: Fun at the beach, tours, shopping, museums, parks, dining, golf, theater, and fishing.
