• Minimum Stay: Minimum stay varies and is required from September to May.
• Check-in: 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Check-out: 10:00 a.m. or earlier.
• Deposit and Payments: No security deposit is required if the you have a valid credit card on file at check-in. If a valid credit card is not presented the you will be required to pay a $300.00 cash security deposit. If required, please allow up to 4 weeks for return of deposit after check-out date. A prepayment of 1/2 of the rental rate is required to confirm a reservation. A personal check or valid credit card may be used for prepayment. Prepayment must be received within 5 business days after making the reservation. Please state reservation number, rental property and date of occupancy on your advance deposit check. Upon receipt of your deposit, written confirmation will be sent showing the reserved property, remaining balance and rental dates. A non-refundable processing fee of 4% (minimum $45.00) is required on all reservations, in addition to rental charges. Visa, MasterCard, and personal checks are accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Confirmed reservations are not transferable. Confirmed reservations may be cancelled by written notice. Upon confirmation, the rental property is off the market to anyone else; therefore, the advance deposit will be refunded only if the property is re-rented at the full rental amount. All refunds are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.
• Restrictions: No pets. No fireworks or outdoor grilling. Non-smoking rentals available. Most rental welcome children and some may allow pets with prior approval.
• Recreation and Activities: Golf, fishing, boating, sailing, watersports, music, tours, theatre, and more.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: May Day Golf, Myrtle Beach Grand Prix, Wild Water Water And Race Theme Park, NASCAR Speedpark, La Belle Amie Vineyard, Alligator Adventure, Ripley's Aquarium, Brookgreen Garden, Sounds of Summer Concert Series, House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, The Carolina Opry, Dixie Stampede, The Palace Theater, Medieval Times, Legends in Concert, Good Vibrations, Fishing/Boat Tours, Hurricane Fleet Marina, Shallow Minded Inshore Charters, Myrtle Beach Sailing Charters, Eagle Nest Golf Club, Beachwood Golf Club, and Thomas Outdoor Watersports.
