• Deposit and Payments: To reserve, a full week's rent is due, as well as a $700.00 security damage deposit (returnable). The security damage deposit is required the week before arrival. Full payment with lease signature. If cleaning is necessary, it will be charged to renter ($35.00 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours).
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be received at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date or total weekly rent will be forfeited unless week is re-rented.
• Restrictions: No pets (some exceptions made; extra deposit). Garbage pick-up on Wednesday and Sunday. Tenant to leave house clean for next renter.
• Recreation and Activities: Less than 1/2 mile to beach. Fishing, swimming, clamming, sailing, and tennis.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: Mohegan bluffs, Rodman's Hollow, the Lewis-Dickens Farm, Mansion Beach, Clay Head, and Turnip Farm. 17 miles of beach and over 350 freshwater ponds.
• Directions: Block Island is accessible only by ferry. Year-round service is available from Point Judith, RI. Summer service is available from Providence, Newport, and New London, CT and Montauk, NY.
  To reach the Point Judith ferry dock from points to the south, take I-95 North to Exit 92. Bear right on Route 2 to Route 78 (Westerly Bypass.) Turn left at Route 1 and travel to Route 108 (signs to Galilee and Point Judith). Travel south 3 miles on Route 108 to the Block Island Boat sign and turn right, then left.
  To reach the ferry from points north, take I-95 South to Route 4 to Route 1. Take the Narragansett/Route 108 exit. Travel south 3 miles on Route 108 to the Block Island Boat sign. Turn right, then left.
