• Property Type: Two apartments. and one 2-bedroom cottage.
• Accommodations: One-bedroom North Apartment - queen bed and single daybed in bedroom, double mission oak futon/couch in living room.
  Two-bedroom South Apartment - queen bed in each bedroom. Both apartments have living/dining areas, full kitchens, private bath and/or shower, lakeside covered porches located on second floor of the main house with grill. All apartments have air conditioning.
  1813 Cottage - Two bedrooms, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, 1-1/2 bath, kitchen, dining room, living / sunroom, and deck
• Amenities: Apartment Amenities - Linens, towels, and toiletries provided, housekeeping, iron and ironing board, beach towels, laundry service, fully equipped kitchens, cooking utensils provided, basic condiments provided, large two-story porch with grill and lake view, Cable TV, wireless Internet, and high-speed Internet. Complimentary use of canoes, kayaks, and bikes (weather permitting).
  Cottage Amenities - Linens, towels, and toiletries provided, washer & dryer in basement, equipped kitchen with basic condiments provided, cooking utensils, and TV.
• Rates: Rates shown are based on single / double occupancy. Additional occupants age 10 and older are and additional $10.00 per person, per night. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Minimum Stay: 2 nights on weekends June 15th through September 15th.
• Deposit and Payments: 50% deposit required to hold. Visa, MasterCard, and personal checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 10 days prior to scheduled date of arrival for refund, less a $25.00 processing fee. If less than 10 days' notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited unless the room is re-rented.
• Restrictions: Pets permitted with restrictions and additional charge of $30.00. No smoking in any of the buildings, permissible on porch but must use ashtray (no cigarette butts on grounds). Because of the two-story balcony, well-behaved children must be supervised.
• Breakfast: Continental breakfast basket by request for the 1st night available for the South Apartment & North Apartment only. Supplies provided in kitchens by arrangement.
• Recommended Favorite Recipes: Switchel, ... Upstate Pumpkin Soup, ... Upstate Meat & Fruit Stew, ... Upstate 3-Bean Salad, and Good Cucumbers
• Languages Spoken: French and English.

• Recreation and Activities: Swimming, sailing, boating, biking, hiking, and golf nearby. Boat slips and rentals available at Essex Marina and Essex Shipyard. Lake fishing for trout, salmon, perch, bass, and walleye. Guests may use the kayak, canoe or bicycles during their stay when available. Excellent trout streams nearby. Boquet, Ausable, and Salmon Rivers for rainbow, brook and brown trout. Cross-country skiing area at Split Rock Preserve (6 miles south). Day hikes and nature excursions led by licensed guide and host Donna Lou Sonnett.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: On the first floor of the Cupola House is a small antique and folk art gallery which specializes in American & Amish quilts and local folk art. Artmaking Workshops are offered at Cupola House Gallery year 'round. House is 150 feet from Lake Champlain in Adirondack State Park. Make an easy day trip to Lake Placid Olympic Center, Montreal (Canada), or Burlington, VT via ferry -- just 2 blocks away.
