The fully equipped, ultra modern kitchen has every convenience and amenity and plenty of room for large family dinners. A 4-season heated porch looks over to the trail and has a 50 inch big screen TV and surround sound, just off the Family Room, while the media room has a big Dolby digital surround sound system.

Owner John says "Both of our Bretton Woods houses are on the ski mountain and feature a 10 foot high def TV and pool table. And of course, a keg of fresh Coors beer On draft for your pleasure."

In addition to being on a ski trail, # 5 Presidential also has a drop dead gorgeous view of Mt. Washington, NH's tallest peak. The Cog Railroad climbs Mt. Washington and you can now ski down (a fairly easy slope fortunately)!!!

Bretton Woods is now New Hampshire's largest ski area since its expansion and is great for beginners and novice skiers. The Presidential Luxury home is located right on an easy trail.
