• Property Type: Mountain cabin vacation rental.
• Accommodations: 2 bedrooms with full beds, 3 bathrooms, 1 sofa sleeper (double bed).Sleeps 6.
• Amenities: 2 fireplaces with fire wood provided, 2 decks and one balcony, 3 TV/VCRs, cable TV, washer/dryer, telephone, kitchenette, microwave, utensils provided, linens provided, radio and coffeemaker. Deck has table and umbrella for outdoor dining.
• Rates: Rates are $150.00 - $225.00 per night, depending on number of people, time of year and length of stay, not including the 9.5% state and local tax. There is a $75.00 cleaning fee regardless of length of stay. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Deposit and Payments: Deposit equal to one night's stay is required to confirm reservation. Cash or check accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation must be received a minimum of 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit. If notice of cancellation is received less that 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, deposit is forfeited.
• Restrictions: Children welcome. No smoking. No pets.
• Recreation and Activities: Horseback riding, hiking, trout fishing, tennis, golf, scenic drives and swimming.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: Smoky Mountain National Park, Cherokee Indian Nation, Blue Ridge Parkway and the Biltmore Estate in Asheville.
