The Cottages on Stouts Creek are located two miles outside
of Ironton, in the beautiful Arcadia Valley on the Missouri
Ozarks, just 80 miles southeast of St. Louis.
The great room is equipped with satellite TV, a DVD player
and ceiling fan. It also has a queen size Murphy bed and a
queen size sleeper sofa. Open style dining area and kitchen
are also features of this vacation spot. The kitchen area is
equipped with fridge, oven and range, microwave, coffeemaker,
along with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Everything you
need to make yourselves at home. The bedroom features a queen
size bed and dresser, TV, ceiling fan and lamps for reading.
The Jack and Jill bathroom can be entered from the master
bedroom or the hallway and includes a combination shower and
tub. The utility area has a washer and dryer available for
your use. Towels and linens are provided.

The Cottages on Stouts Creek are nearby several sites of
historical significance including the site of the Battle of
Pilot Knob (1864) and Gads Hill, site of Jesse James' first
train robbery.
The Arcadia Valley abounds in natural attractions and
activities. The Cottage is only 5 miles from Missouri's
highest point, Taum Sauk Mountain, which has rugged hiking
trails (part of the Ozark Trail). Easier trails are also
nearby.
Popular state parks in the area include Elephant Rocks and
Johnson's Shut-ins, where the granite formations create
striking scenery. Also nearby at Park Hills is St. Joe State
Park, Millstream Gardens, and Tiemann Shut-Ins. Enjoy a round
of golf at the nine-hole course at the Arcadia Valley Country
