• Accommodations: bedrooms have kings; fully equipped gourmet kitchen, living room, media room, game room with pool table and ping pong table.
• Amenities: Great views, wrap-around deck, in-ground swimming pool (summer), 2 hot tubs, fire pit, fireplaces, High Def TVs DVD with surround sound, computer with Internet access, washer and dryer, and phone with nationwide long distance. Units are stocked with toilet paper, all towels, clean supplies, crystal wine glasses, dinner service for 14 people, designer kitchen, washer and dryer. Poll table, foesball, ping pong.
• Rates: Rates shown do not include 10% tax and are subject to change without notice. There is a $175.00 cleaning fee. Call for pricing on multiple weeks and longer stays.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date for a full refund of deposit.

• Recreation and Activities: Swimming pool, game room, billiard table, foesball, pin pong Cross country and down hill skiing, snow boarding, ice skating, tubing, horseback riding, mountain biking, shopping, and fly-fishing.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: Berner Haus / Sunday River Ski Resort, restaurants, shops, microbrewery, Foggle Goggle for live entertainment, lots of pubs, White Cap Fun Center, Mountain Explorer Shuttle, Bethel shops and restaurants.
• Directions: Sunday River is easily accessible from all major eastern metropolitan areas, as well as from the Portland International Jetport and Logan International Airport.
  From Portland Jetport / Portland, ME: Exit the Jetport and follow signs to I-95, the Main Turnpike. Take I-95 North to Exit 63 / Gray for Route 26. Take Route 26 North to Bethel. Follow Route 2 East to Sunday River Ski area.
  From Bangor, ME: Take I-95 South to Exit 157/ Newport for Route 2. Follow Route 2 West to Sunday River Ski Resort Area.
