Located in the beautiful Sunday River Ski Resort of Western Maine, this house can be rented as either the Upper Unit (called the Maine Unit) offering 4 bedrooms. Or the Lower Unit (Mahoosuc) can be rented separately with 4 bedroom as well. Some holidays and summers the house is rented only as one big 8 bedroom house. The entire house sleeps 24 people. Both the upper unit and lower unit have a computer with high speed DSL service, gourmet kitchen and amenities galore.

Enjoy breath-taking views while you sit in front of the wood burning fireplace in the vaulted ceiling living room. Most Bedrooms are masters with their own private luxury bathroom. The dining table is easy access from the eat-in kitchen and seats 16 while the game room includes a pool table, pinball game, big plasma high def TV and Direct TV plus an awesome sound system.

The big outdoor deck has a new gas grill, built in hot tub and a fire pit with seating area for the incredible views of the Berner Haus / Sunday River Ski trails and slopes. The swimming pool has views of the valley and mountains.
