Quick and Easy Delightful Dunkable Brownies

Ingredients

6 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate

4 squares unsweetened baking chocolate

1 teaspoon baking powder

6 Tablespoons butter

2 cups toasted chopped nuts

1-1/4 cups sugar

3 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla

1 cup flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Microwave chocolate and butter in a large microwavable bowl until chocolate is almost melted, stirring halfway (about 2 minutes). Stir until completely melted.

Stir sugar into chocolate until blended. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 1-1/2 inches apart into an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes or until set. Do not overbake. Cool 6 minutes, then remove brownies from pan to cooling rack. Store in airtight container.
