Property Type: Two vacation suites and Vacation Home Accommodations: 2 bedroom suite with private bath, dining room, and full kitchen. And 1 bedroom suite with private bath, living room with big screen television, and kitchenette with microwave.

• Amenities: Air conditioning, full kitchen, utensils provided, kitchenette, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, linens provided, satellite television, VCR, DVD, large porches with grill and sitting and eating area, and The Daily Citizen News.
• Rates: Rates include visit to petting farm, fishing pond or river, and nature trails. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Minimum Stay: 2 nights. One night when available with cleaning fee.
• Deposit and Payments: A Deposit of 50% of stay is required at least 14 days in advance. Cashiers checks and personal checks are accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation must be received at least 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit less a $20.00 processing fee.
• Restrictions: Children welcome. Some pets are accepted with prior approval. Smoking is permitted outside only.
• Handicapped Facilities/Accessible: Yes.
• Special Events at Farm: Weddings of up to 150 guests can be accommodated at the pond.
• Recreation and Activities: Petting Farm, nature walks, tractor rides, corn maze, Christmas tree maze, and Harvest Fest. The pond has large catfish and bass, plus the river is in our back door.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: Fort Mountain, Blue & Gray Battle Trail, North Georgia Mountains, New Echota, Etowa Indian Mounds, Red Top Mountain, and Carters Lake. There are also three golf courses within 12 miles.
• Recommended Local Restaurants: Bowmans - County Line Road, Resaca.
• Directions: From Atlanta: Follow I-75 North/GA-401 North to the GA-136 exit, Exit 320 toward Resaca/Lafayette. Turn right onto GA-136 then turn right onto GA-136/Nicklesville Road.
