• Minimum Stay: 4 nights during low, mid, and high seasons and 7 nights during holiday season.
• Deposit and Payments: $200.00 non-refundable reservation deposit required. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. There will be a $85.00 Property Protection and Processing fee. The Property Protection Fee is a damage waiver that will cover up to $1,500.00 for accidental or inadvertent damage.
• Cancellation Policy: Deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation notice is received prior to final payment, $200.00 deposit may be applied to a future reservation.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking.
• Languages Spoken: Spanish and English.
• Recreation and Activities: Private pool on site. Golf and tennis nearby. Full concierge service.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: Less than 10 minutes to Walt Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios Florida. Close to all central Florida attractions.
