• Property Type: Vacation Rentals in Orlando area of Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld. From studio condos to 6 bedroom homes.
• Accommodations: Resort condos, and homes with multiple bedrooms and baths, fully equipped kitchens, dining and living rooms, washers and dryers. Some homes have private screened-in swimming pools, hot tubs and other amenities.
• Maximum occupancy: Two Bedrooms--Sleeps 4 to 6, Three Bedrooms--Sleeps 6 to 8, Four Bedrooms--Sleeps 8 to 10, Five Bedrooms--Sleeps 10 to 12 and Six Bedrooms--Sleeps 12 to 14

Reservations are accepted up to one year in advance. Those that are made for a future period, for which rates have not yet been set, are considered tentative. Once rates are set, notice will be given. At such time, guests will have the option of guaranteeing their tentative reservation with a deposit.

• Check-In: after 4:00 p.m. Check-Out: for all properties is 10:00 a.m
• Minimum Stay: varies by property
• Deposit and Payments: To confirm a reservation, a $250.00 deposit at the time of the booking is required. The final payment of the reservation must be paid in full 7 days prior to arrival. If traveling during a high season and Holiday periods, final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If a credit card is used for payment, the credit card holder must present the credit card and sign the sales draft slip at check in.
• Cancellation Policy: Changes or cancellations received by Advantage Vacation Homes 14 days or more prior to the arrival date is subject to a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellation received 7 days prior to the arrival date, the guest will forfeit $250.00 of the rental. Cancellations received within 72 hours of arrival or no-show will forfeit 100% of the rental.
• Restrictions: All properties are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed in any Advantage Vacation Homes property. Should a pet be found in any home, a $250 fine will be charged to the guest credit card. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 21 years of age.
• Recreation and Activities: Swimming, fishing, golf and Tennis.

  From Orlando International Airport - Take the Beeline Expressway West, passing through 2 toll plazas, to Interstate 4. Take Interstate West to exit # 64 for US 192 West. Follow US 192 West (West Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy) for approximately 6 miles. Turn left onto Linfields Blvd. Turn immediately right onto Styles Blvd. the two-story white colonial style building on your right is the Advantage Vacation Homes reception center.
  From Sanford International Airport - Take 417 South for approximately 48 miles, passing through 5 toll plazas, to the Celebration Avenue exit. Turn to Celebration Avenue and follow to the intersection of US 192. Turn left onto US192 (West Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy). Follow US 192 West (West Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy) approximately 7 miles. Turn left onto Linfields Blvd. Turn immediately right onto Styles Blvd. the two-story white colonial style building on your right is the Advantage Vacation Homes reception center.
