Vacations Inc. has along-standing relationships with the travel agents who assist in booking Winter Park property. Not only are agents paid 10% commission on lodging, but they are also rewarded for ancillary sales, including lift tickets, lessons, ski rentals, snowmobiling, and sleigh rides.

• Minimum Stay: There is a 1-night surcharge of $25.00. A 4-night minimum stay is required from December 24 to January 1.
• Deposit and Payments: A credit card deposit is required; amount will vary depending on the property.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received in writing more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date to avoid charge beyond the initial deposit, which will be retained by Vacations Inc. Upon receipt of written cancellation notice less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, all monies toward the reservation will be retained by Vacations Inc. Failure to make final payment by due date will be considered a cancellation, and all monies paid toward the reservation will be retained by Vacations Inc.
