The living room has a gas fireplace and the home is air-conditioned, while the modern bathroom has a heated floor and a charming claw-foot tub.

For your entertainment pleasure there is cable/satellite TV, flat screen LCD HDTV, CD player, a music collection of CDs. High speed Internet with WiFi access is also available, as well as a tandem bicycle for fun. Outdoors you will find a gas/electric BBQ grill, and a deck patio with an outdoor hot tub in a private garden setting.

There is a brand new, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the cooking equipment you'll want, plus a cork screw. If cooking is not for you, stop by the Mayo Reserve Room for gourmet food and wine pairings, or try one of the many other fine restaurants in the area.
