• Minimum Stay: 2 nights; 3 nights for July & August and some holiday weekends.
• Deposit and Payments: 50% of total stay is required to hold space. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival, plus a $350.00 refundable security deposit. Personal checks OK. Visa, MasterCard, and Pay Pal also accepted. (A 2.9% service fee is added to credit card transactions.)
• Cancellation Policy: All reservations are final. A full refund will be given on deposits and/or full payments when canceled 60 days or more before scheduled arrival date, less a $60.00 cancellation charge. If cancelled inside the cancellation period and owners are unable to rebook the property for all or part of rentor/s confirmed time period at the same rate, the funds may be forfeited or, at the owner's discretion, be applied to a future stay. There is no refund of rent for an early departure.

• Recreation and Activities: Golf less than 1 mile away; slow, clear river for swimming, canoeing, rafting, and fishing; and many biking and hiking trails available.

Charming Healdsburg offers 4-star restaurants, weekly music in the park, farmers' markets, arts and crafts fairs, and wonderful shops and boutiques. 45 minutes to Pacific Ocean, 30 minutes to Lake Sonoma, and 15 minutes to River Rock Casino.
• Recommended Local Restaurants: There is a wide array of restaurants in the area. A restaurant guide and favorite area menus will be waiting for you at the property.
• Location: Healdsburg is 65 miles north of San Francisco via US Hwy 101. Allow 1.5 to 2 hours' drive time from San Francisco or Oakland airports. Drive time from the Golden Gate Bridge is approximately 75 minutes.
