Property Type: Ocean front/River front Views Accommodations: 3 bedrooms 2 baths. Sleeps 6 (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds). Amenities: Stairs adjacent to the house to the beach, wildlife observation deck, glass front wood stove, hot tub, BBQ, stereo, CD/cassette player, large screen Sony TV with cable, home theater, DVD/VCR, library, art gallery of original work, sun room off the master, library of books and games, and wheelchair accessible.

• Rates: Rate range is level 3 ($750.00 - $1,000.00) for 2 nights, double occupancy. Rates vary by time of year, length of stay and number of guests. Rates include the 11% county bed tax and cleaning fee. Rates below do not include the refundable security deposit. Rates subject to change without notice.
