• Property Type: Log cabin vacation home.
• Accommodations: 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living room, dining room, and large deck with gas grill; sleeps up to 10.
  Innkeeper's note: The main floor (upstairs) is complete and in beautiful condition. The lower floor, which simply has two of the bedrooms, a bathroom and laundry area, is quite functional, but somewhat unfinished. Recently the owners have begun some of the downstairs finish work, specifically installing the hard wood flooring. In the process, the downstairs is in a bit of a suspended state. It is still completely accommodating, but perhaps a little rough around the edges. Most of our guests spend their time on the main floor/upstairs and large outdoor patio areas, and thoroughly enjoy the cabin.
• Amenities: Gas parlor stove; full kitchen with utensils, dishwasher, microwave, and kitchen range with oven; phone for local calls or calling card; linens provided; satellite TV with VCR; washer/dryer (downstairs); and large deck with gas barbecue.
• Rates: Rates are per night, do not include 8% tax, and are subject to change without notice.

• Deposit and Payments: Full payment and security/cleaning deposit is taken at the time of booking. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund, less a 5% processing charge. If notice is received between 14 and 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, there is a 50% charge. With less than 14 days' notice, there is a 100% charge.
• Check-in: after 4:00 p.m. Check-out: no later than 11:00 a.m., please.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. Children welcome.
• Recreation and Activities: Hiking, fishing, swimming, whitewater rafting, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding, bird watching, cross-country and downhill skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, and doing absolutely nothing.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: Located in a lovely forested area just 6 miles to Yosemite National Park.

• Recommended Local Best Kept Secrets: Highway 120 is the closet, most direct route from the San Francisco Bay area to Yosemite. Your hosts are avid outdoor people and are happy to recommend hiking, tours, and other activities in Yosemite and the surrounding area. Please ask.
• Recommended Local Foods and Markets: The new Main Street Market in Groveland is a great resource for all your grocery needs. The wonderful fresh produce is most welcome up here in the mountains!
• Directions: From the West on Hwy 120: Cabin is 20 miles east of Groveland and about 6 miles past Cherry Lake Road. Turn left off Highway 120 at Sawmill Mountain Road. Take the second left, then turn right into driveway.
  From the East on Hwy 120: Exit Yosemite Park at the Big Oak Flat Gate. About 6 miles outside the park, pass the turn-off for Hardin Flat / Berkeley Camp and take the next right at Sawmill Mountain Area Road. Take the second left, then turn right into the driveway.
