Sand dunes beckon you to play or walk down to the Haul Road and beach to frolic. There is a caretaker who lives behind the home, but given its hilltop location, privacy is still maintained.

As the house is at the top of the hill, the views are panoramic, but the best amenity by far is the free Mendocino root beer on tap provided by the homeowner.
