• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date for and 80% refund of deposit. Partial refunds: 60% with notice between 90 and 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, and No refund with notice less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival or for no-show. Deposit will be 100% refunded if accommodations are booked again.
• Restrictions: Non-smoking facilities. BYOB. Pets allowed with prior approval. For all riding, restrictions for age, weight, and physical limitations may apply.
• Meals: Full breakfast, sack lunch, and dinner served family-style in dining room. Sales tax included.
