• Accommodations: 6 rooms, each with queen bed and private bath. 3 have lake views, and 3 have forest views. Wildwood Family Cabin: Secluded on 190 acres and sleeps 6, with all linens and utensils. Wildwood Lodge: 7 rooms, full kitchen, sleeps 20, all linens and utensils. Eagle's Haven: new luxury log home. New outdoor covered deck for catering large groups and weddings.
• Rates: Rates are per night, based on double occupancy. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: Reservation is guaranteed with a credit card or a deposit of 1 night's stay by check. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: October and Holidays: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date or full stay will be charged. Cancellation must be received at least 15 days prior to scheduled arrival date or 50% of total stay will be charged, unless room is rebooked. Other dates: Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival date or full stay will be charged. If cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date, 50% of total stay will be charged.
• Restrictions: Not suitable for pets. Smoking permitted outdoors. Wildernest Inn is not suitable for children, however Wildwood Lodge and Wildwood Family Cabin welcome children. Well behaved dogs (no cats) and children welcomed in Eagle's Haven.
• Breakfast: Early breakfast buffet, followed by full made-to-order breakfast (included in rates).
• Lunch/Dinner: Available at extra cost. Dinner served Tuesday - Sunday. Wine and beer license.
• Special Events at Inn: Small weddings and receptions. Monthly specials and packages.
• Recreation & Activities: Hiking, fishing, canoeing, pool table, bird watching, hot tub, wildlife viewing, and star gazing on site. Golf nearby. Guided nature walks.

• Directions: From Washington D.C: Take I-66 West to I-81 South to Exit 296, Rt 55 West. Follow about 50 miles to Moorefield, WV, then follow directions below from Moorefield.
  From Baltimore, MD: Take I-70 West to Frederick and take Rt. 340 South to Rt. 7 West to I-81 South to exit 296, Rt. 55 West. Follow about 50 miles to Moorefield, WV, then follow directions below from Moorefield. Take first exit.
  From Moorefield, WV: Enter Moorefield to traffic light. Turn left at traffic light onto Rts. 55W and 220S. Go for 7.5 miles and turn left onto Durgon Rd. (Note; this is a small road, so watch carefully for sign right after crossing small concrete bridge.) Follow Durgon Rd. for about 4.5 miles until it ‘T’ ends after crossing small one-lane bridge. Turn left and you will be on South Mill Creek Rd. (Note: about 100 yards after turning left, road will turn sharply to left again over small bridge.) Follow South Mill Creek Rd for 9 miles. Sign to Wildernest on left. Take left on driveway; Inn is 1 mile up driveway. It is a very steep climb up a narrow road and best taken in low gear, but is well worth the effort when you arrive.
  From Pittsburgh, PA: Take I-79 South to Rt. 33 East in WV and follow to Seneca Rocks, take left onto Rt. 55 East to Petersburg, WV, then follow directions below from Petersburg.
  From Charleston, WV: Take I-79 North to Rt. 33 East and follow to Seneca Rocks and take left onto Rt. 55 East to Petersburg, WV, then follow directions below from Petersburg.
  From Petersburg, WV: From the traffic light in Petersburg, where Rts. 55 and 220 intersect (it will be the 2nd light when coming from Seneca Rocks), go south on Rt. 220 for 0.8 mile and turn left onto South Mill Creek Road. Follow South Mill Creek Road for 11.3 miles. Entrance to Wildernest is on the left and marked with a sign saying Wildernest Inn. The Inn is located one mile up the gravel and dirt driveway. It is a very steep climb up a narrow dirt and gravel road and best taken in low gear, but is well worth the effort when you arrive.
