Broccoli Chowder

Ingredients

2 packages sliced deli turkey breast

1 package sliced deli chicken breast

1 can cheddar cheese soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup milk

One 8-ounce package shredded Swiss cheese

1 pound fresh broccoli, cut up

1/2 fresh onion, diced finely

1 package sliced deli ham

1 can chicken broth

1 can chicken broth

1 can cream of celery soup

1 cup half & half

1/2 cup heavy cream

One 8-ounce package shredded mozzarella

1 Tablespoon onion flakes

pepper to taste

Steam broccoli 3 minutes; saute onions until light brown, combine ingredients in large soup pot, simmer for 1 hour over low heat, stirring occasionally until cheeses are melted and blended into soup. Serve with hot homebaked bread and creamery butter.
