Algernon, the Master's Room:

One of the Highlawn's most popular rooms, opens off a private foyer. It has a spacious, south-lit sitting area, queen-sized bed with high carved walnut headboard, and private bath with tub/shower. Separate private whirlpool room with water from the famed warm mineral springs.

Victorian Suite:

This is a popular room with private entrance on the ground floor and private sitting porch overlooking sloping lawns and herb garden. Hand-painted Victorian furniture in the Cottage style are complemented by a queen-sized bed with high, carved headboard and clawfoot tub and shower.

Greenview Room:

Overlooking the mountain splendor of town, this room features a king-sized brass bed, sitting area with day bed, and private bath with shower.

Spring Garden Room:

Enjoy a king-sized brass bed, clawfoot tub, and shower in this splendidly decorated room.

Herb Garden Nook:
Tucked away in the back, this room overlooks the herb garden. Victorian Bow wallpaper, clawfoot tub and shower, and a white iron double bed make this a cozy romantic accommodation.

a charming cottage with four Victorian guest rooms.

The Parlor Room: (shown on details page)
Pearl's original parlor has an antebellum New Orleans flavor with lace-panel curtains on French doors and forest green background wallpaper splashed with lush flowers. Queen-sized white iron and brass bed, sitting table for tea, and bath with shower and pedestal sink. Separate double whirlpool area faces romantically lit fireplace. Also includes small refrigerator, VCR, and videos.

Lover's Loft:
Step down into a love nest worthy of the name. Private entrance and porch with dormer ceiling, heart-framed queen-sized bed, and Victorian love seat conspire romance. It also has a contemporary tub and shower.

The Garden:
Lavender-toned sleeping room and green-filled bath with pedestal sink and shower cast a spring garden spell year around. Retreat onto the private, lattice-enclosed porch complete with glider. Sitting area for tea, queen-sized iron and brass bed, and private entrance add to its appeal.

Just up the stairs, this room offers a spectacular view of Warm Springs Ridge, source of the noted mineral waters. It uses Pearl's original bath now modernized with tub and shower. Queen-sized wrought-iron and brass bed is a feature of this room along with a sitting area for tea.

Carriage House:

Just behind the main house, it has a private entrance and an enormous room with exposed wooden beams, a bathroom with French doors, a whirlpool for two fed with mineral water, and a shower for two. It also features a queen-sized bed, sitting area, fireplace, television with VCR and video library, and small refrigerator. A perfect honeymoon retreat.

Bathkeeper's Quarters:
Enjoy the best of past and present, privacy, and luxury for one couple (or two in the same party) in turn-of-the-century cottage overlooking historic warm springs and the town of Bath. Quarter's guests stroll around the block for innkeeper Sandra Kauffman's celebrated gourmet breakfasts. Downstairs, the cottage features a double parlor with fireplace, TV with VCR and movie library, cozy kitchen, and wrap-around porches with rockers.

Upstairs, a large master bedroom features a queen-sized brass bed with French doors leading to a spacious whirlpool room with deep whirlpool for two. The second bedroom with queen bed is an antique-filled charmer. The cottage also features two full baths, one with shower and one with claw foot tub for soaking.
