  Minimum stay is 2 nights on most weekends and holidays and 3 nights on Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends. On special dinner dates, lodging reservations are first allocated to those reserving dinner.

• Payment: First night's lodging to guarantee reservation; Visa, MasterCard, and personal checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days (2 weeks for holidays or bookings of 3 or more rooms) prior to scheduled arrival date. Reservations cancelled after above time periods will be charged to Visa or MasterCard unless room is rebooked. A $15.00 service fee is charged for reservations cancelled prior to above time periods.

• Directions: The Inn is an easy ride from metropolitan Washington, DC and Baltimore (only two hours), as well as nearby Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Route 522, which runs through Berkeley Springs as Washington Street, is accessible by I-70, 81, and 66.
  From I-70, 81, or 66: Follow Route 522 either north from Winchester, Virginia or south from Hancock, Maryland (exit 1-B from I-70) to Market Street IMMEDIATELY south of the park and springs. Turn at Citizens National Bank (CNB) on the corner of Market Street and Route 522. Follow the street two blocks to the top of the hill. Highlawn Inn is on the left.
