• Property: Vacation Rental - 2-story farmhouse with 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 full bed and 1 twin bed). 1-1/2 baths. Sleeps 1 to 5 people.
• Amenities: Wood-burning stove, full kitchen with microwave, washer/dryer, electric heat, air conditioning, ceiling fan, living room, Cable TV Programming & DVD Player, hammock, front porch, deck and patio with propane BBQ grill. Linens provided.
• Rates: $115.00 for week nights, $145.00 for weekend nights with 2 night minimum. (One night $145.00 plus a $35.00 cleaning fee). Add 6% tax and 3% county hotel/motel tax to rates. Weekly rates are available. Pet fee is $25.00 per pet. Rates are per night and are subject to change without notice.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 10 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit. Cancellations received less than 10 days prior to scheduled arrival date will forfeit deposit.
• Restrictions: Children welcome. Pets allowed with prior approval and additional fee. Unattended pets must be kenneled. Pet must be controlled outside. Please brings all pet bedding. (Guests will be charged for pet damages.) No smoking. No outside fires. No hunting, ponds unsuitable for swimming, fishing, or boating; outside activities undertaken at your own risk. Loud parties, music, and other obtrusive noise prohibited.
• Recommended Local Foods: Farmers Market in town Thursday and Sunday in season, Community Garden Market (organic), Main St., Berkeley Springs.
• Recommended Heritage Recipe: Grandma Helen Mae's Cornbread
• Recreation & Activities: Relaxing in hammock, wildlife watching, sitting by the fire. Golf, hiking, swimming, fishing, boating, horseback riding and tennis just 20 minutes away. Natural mineral baths, spa and massages are available nearby.
