• Minimum stay: 2 nights for stays involving a Saturday night. A 3-night minimum is required for most holiday and peak fall weekends.

• Payment: A one night's deposit plus 9.5% sales tax is required within 7 days from the date reservations are made. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for receive of deposit. If cancellation is necessary, your deposit will be refunded in full if we can re-rent the room.
• Restrictions: All guestrooms and common areas, as well as our dining room and pub, are smoke free. Children age 8 and old welcomed. No pets, please.
• Breakfast: Included with your stay is our homemade full breakfast with choice of two entrees, served between 8:00 am - 10:00 am each day. Or you may have a continental breakfast brought to your door.

Alternatively, follow Hwy. 42/57 bypass across the Bayview Bridge. Turn left on Michigan St. approximately 1 mile, right on 4th one block, then left on Louisiana St. to inn. Parking is available behind the inn off Louisiana St.
