Bed and Breakfast

• Accommodations: 2 guest suites; 1 with king bed, 1 with queen bed, and both with private bath.
• Rates: $110.00 to $135.00 per night, double occupancy. Special discounts for business travelers. Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Open: All year.

• Minimum stay: 2 night; we can accept 1 day on special occasions. Two and 3 nights minimum required on some weekends, holidays and special occasions.

• Check-in: 3:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Payment: One night's deposit required to hold reservations. A credit card number and the first night's payment is required to secure reservation. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, traveler's checks, and cash accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date to avoid charge for entire booked stay. For special occasions and holidays and both room reservations cancellation notice must be received 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
• Restrictions: Pets cannot be accommodated at this time. Children age 12 and older welcome. No smoking in guest suites or porches, (smoking area outside in designated area).
• Breakfast: Full breakfast served between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Light refreshment in the evening without additional charge. Dinner with wine by special request and additional charge. Special dietary needs will be honored with previous arrangement.
• Spoken Languages: Italian, Spanish, and English.
• Special Events at Inn: Gift certificates and celebration packages are also available.
• Recreation & Activities: Shopping, tours, golf, outdoors, art, museums, and more.
• Attractions & Special Events: Bellevue Square shopping center, Microsoft, Bellevue Golf Course, Bridle Trails State Park, Downtown Seattle, Bellevue Botanical Garden, Bellevue Square, Lincoln Square, Bellevue Place, Bellevue Arts Museum, and Bellevue Downtown Park.
• Directions: Head east on Main St toward 116th Ave SE. Turn left at 116th Ave NE. Turn right at NE 8th St. Turn left at 124th Ave NE. Turn right at Bel-Red Rd. Turn left at 140th Ave NE. End at 3444 140th Ave NE.
