• Rates: $150.00 to $325.00 per night. All rates are based on double occupancy. An additional $25.00 per night per person for individuals older than 16 years of age, $15.00 per night for children between 7 and 15, and children under 7 are free. Rates are subject to a lodging and sales tax of 9.7%. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: Reservations must be secured with a one night deposit via credit card or by full prepayment. Two night minimum required for June-September. One night stays are possible based on availability. Please call for details. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received after 24 hour courtesy hold period are charge a cancellation fee equal to 10% of your first night's stay (minimum $25.00). Cancellations received within 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date forfeit the deposit unless we rebook the room. Cancellations received within 7 days prior to scheduled arrival are responsible for the entire booking unless we can re-rent the room.
• Restrictions: No smoking. Cottages are pet friendly ($25.00 per night charge). Children of all ages are welcome in cottages.
• Breakfast: Multi-course breakfast.

The Tucker House sits on the corner of 'B' and Nichols Streets (260 'B' Street).
  Walking directions from the Ferry Terminal: Follow foot traffic off the ferry. Proceed straight up the hill towards Susie's Mopeds and First Street. Turn Left on to First Street. Turn Right on to 'B' Street. The Tucker House sits on the corner of 'B' and Nichols Streets (260 'B' Street).
  Driving directions from the Friday Harbor Airport: Follow signs exiting the airport. Turn Right on to Spring Street (which leads you downtown and towards the water). Turn Right on to First Street. Turn Right on to 'B' Street. The Tucker House sits on the corner of 'B' and Nichols Streets (260 'B' Street).
