• Accommodations: 3 rooms in Main House and a separate cottage with kitchen and laundry, each with private bath.
• Rates: Rates shown are per night. Discounted weekly and monthly rates are available for the Carriage House. Special packages and gift certificates available.
  Military Special: For military personnel returning from or leaving for deployment, book 1 night, get the 2nd night 10% off.
  Business person's Special: Available Monday-Friday, Oct 1 through Mar 30. Book two nights, and get the third night 10% off. Rates do not include tax and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: A deposit equal to one night’s stay will confirm your reservation.. Visa, MasterCard, checks, and cash accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled reservation date for full refund. Cancellations made in less than 14 days of scheduled arrival date will be credited with a gift certificate to be used within 6 months.
• Check-in: between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. (Alternate check-in time may be arranged.) Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking inside (acceptable in designated outdoor areas). Unfortunately unable to accomodate children. Insurance regulations will not allow the use of candles in our facility.
• Breakfast: All room rates include a full gourmet breakfast. Breakfast can be delivered to the Carriage House. Special dietary needs can be arranged at the time of reservation.
• Languages Spoken: Italian, some Spanish, and English.
• Recreation & Activities: Nearby golf courses, fishing, boating, kayaking, whale watching, and skiing.

• Directions: From I-5 Southbound or I-5 Northbound: Exit Hwy 16, Gig Harbor/Bremerton. You will cross over the Tacoma Narrows Bridge. Pass the Gig Harbor Exits, continue on, then exit Highway 302 West, Purdy/Key Center Exit. Turn left at the first signal. At approximately 1 mile, turn left at Danforth Dr. NW. At the top of the hill, turn right onto 92nd Avenue Ct. At the end of the cul-de-sac, continue onto driveway. Follow the white rail fence to Bear's Lair.
