• Accommodations: 12 rooms and suites, each with private bath. Suites have sitting rooms. WiFi Internet access. Also 2 vacation rentals, The Forest House and Chalet. The Forest House has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, and kitchen. The Chalet has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Complimentary snowshoes and poles for overnight guests. Reserve in advance.
• Alexander's Media Room: is a new addition to the inn; a comfortable media room with a 92" TV and plush leather couches. Complimentary movies and popcorn.
• Rates: All rates are based on double occupancy and include a full breakfast. Additional persons are $20.00 each. Rates do not include 9.8% lodging tax and are subject to change without notice. Group rates available upon request.

• Payment: Deposit is full amount for 1-night stays and 50% for stays of 2 nights or more. Visa, MasterCard, and checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund, less $25.00 processing fee (30-day notice required for group refund, less $50.00 processing fee).
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. No candles.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast served in the restaurant.
• Lunch/Dinner: Lunch and dinner available in restaurant on premises (please call for winter hours). For our winter guests: Mid-week. Alexander's Restaurant serves dinner to our in-house guests. Reservations are suggested. Alexander's Restaurant is open to the public on weekends during the winter and everday during the summer.
• Special Events at Inn:

  Alexander's is a perfect setting for small weddings, with several packages available. Alexander's hotel parlor, with its antique stained glass windows and massive fireplace, is spacious and provides a lovely setting for a wedding. Outdoor sites, depending on weather of course, include the beautiful pond and waterfall or perhaps the fern grotto in the old-growth forest. The Inn is also a convenient and beautiful location for retreats and conferences. Alexander's has been hosting business, educational, and government conferences since 1984, always exceeding the expectations of the participants.

• Alexander's Day Spa: offers a full-range of spa services including massage, wraps, scrubs, facials and more. The day spa is open to in-house guests and the public. Weddings, receptions, and conferences/seminars.
  
• Recreation & Activities: Hot tub and trout pond on premises. Alexander's had brand-new snowshoes and poles for overnight guests (no charge). Cross-country skiing, mountain climbing, snowshoeing, fly fishing, birding, hiking, nature photography, and mountain biking.
• Attractions & Special Events: One mile from Mount Rainier National Park. Mount Tahoma Ski Trail Association (70 miles of trails), Mount Rainier Scenic Railroad, and Northwest Trek Wildlife Park.
• Recommended Local Restaurant: Inn's own restaurant on premises. Menu features Pacific Northwest foods, fresh trout, and salmon. Homemade breads and desserts. Extensive wine list and microbrew beers. Moderately priced, casual, and open to the public. Families welcome.
• Recommended Local Best Kept Secrets: Mount Tahoma Ski Trail Association maintains some 70 miles of cross-country ski trails in the national forest. During summer months, this area is open to mountain bikers and hikers.
• Directions: From Seattle-Tacoma International Airport: Take Interstate 5 South to freeway exit 127 (Puyallup/Mt. Rainier/Highway 512). From 512, take second exit to Highway 7 (Pacific Avenue). Go east on Highway 7 for approximately 40 miles to the town of Elbe. At Elbe, go straight on Highway 706 East. Follow 706 through the town of Ashford and continue 5 miles to Alexander's. Alexander's is just over 1 mile west of the SW entrance to Mt. Rainier National Park. Alexander's is easily visible from the road. Look for the tower and waterwheel.
  From Portland: Take Interstate 5 North to Highway 12 (about 1-hour drive). Go east on Highway 12 (about 45 minutes) to Morton. Go north on Highway 7 to Elbe. Go east on Highway 706 E. through the town of Ashford and then continue 5 miles to Alexander's.
