• Rates: $195.00 to $535.00 per room, double occupancy. Single occupancy rates available. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Check-in: 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.
• Payment: 50% deposit per room is required within seven days of booking. Personal checks, Visa, and MasterCard are accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 10 days prior to scheduled arrival for refund of deposit, less a $35.00 per-room processing fee. If less than 10 days' notice is given, deposit may be used toward another visit within six months, provided we can rebook the cancelled reservation in full. Deposits will be forfeited if guest arrives after confirmed arrival day or departs before the final day of the reservation.

• Breakfast: Full gourmet breakfast.

  From Albany Airport: Route 87 North to Route 7 East. Follow remaining directions from New York.
  From Brattleboro: Route 30 North to Historic Route 7A in Manchester. Turn left and proceed south 3 miles. The Inn is on the left.
  From Boston: Route 2 West to I-91 North. Take Exit 2 in Brattleboro, then follow directions form Brattleboro.
  From Montreal: Route 89 South to Burlington. Take Route 7 South to Historic Route 7A. Continue south. The Inn is eight miles on the left.
