• Payment: Deposit required for reservations. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express accepted.
• Check-in 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. Please call in advance for arrival after 9:00 p.m. Earlier arrivals are accommodated as space becomes is available. Check-out: 10:30 a.m.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit (less a $20.00 administrative fee). Cancellations for holidays and events must be received 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. If you cancel your reservation within the required 14 or 30 day period prior to arrival, your advanced deposit is non-refundable. Pre-purchased packages are non-refundable. Your deposit confirms your entire reservation. Parties that shorten their stay or do not show for their reservation are responsible for the entire period that they reserved.
• Restrictions: No pets in Inn. Inn is adult-oriented. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the Inn, in compliance with Vermont Law. Non-compliance will result in a minimum surcharge equal to your single day rate.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast served.
• Specialty Recipes: Cape Cod Cookies and Zucchini Chocolate Cake.
• Special Events at Inn: Weddings, receptions, meetings, and conferences (up to 24 people in winter, up to 36 in summer).
• Recreation & Activities: Endless activities: hiking, snowboarding, toboggan, sleigh rides, skating, spa, tennis, swimming, biking, canoes, carriage rides, hot air ballooning, in-line skating, kayaking, and climbing. 6 golf courses with 20 minutes (golf packages available). Fish in the streams for trout, or in the lakes for trout, bass, pike, and more (guests can be assisted with tour packages guided or self-guided, as well as, local fly rod and fly shop/manufacturer). Many packages are available for downhill and cross-country skiing.
• Attractions & Special Events: Theatre, Art Center. Mountain activities and festivals. Ben & Jerry's tours, Cider Mill tours, Balloon Festival, concerts, Antique Car Show, and Trapp Family Lodge.
