Complementing the dining you will find the fine china painted with pine boughs, the Riedel crystal stemware, the rich Scottish wool carpet, and the dramatic, oversized antler chandeliers. All of this reflects the dramatic transformation of the Dining Room under the ownership of Innkeepers Steven and Lauren Bryant. Vibrant wallpaper plus paisley and animal-print window treatments enhance the spectacular views of the surrounding Green Mountains and pristine lake.

The Highlands Tavern has a more relaxed atmosphere with a casual bistro style menu. Enjoy a selection of appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches and entrees.
