• Accommodations: Five guestrooms with king or queen bed, each with private bath, pinewood floors, "Sterns and Foster" premium mattresses, high quality bedding, individual heating and cooling and High Speed Internet Access.
• Rates: $89.00 - $179.00. A Vermont state tax (room & meals) of 9% will be added to your final bill. Rates are subject to change without notice. Check website for specials.
• Open: All year.

• Minimum stay: Two night minimum required on all reservations for Summer and Fall. One night reservations accepted if there is availability.

• Payment: A 50% deposit is required for all reservations of 2 or more nights, all 1 night reservations are due in full upon reserving. All reservations are due in full upon check in date, no shows and early departures included. Gift certificates are available in most denominations.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are only refundable if notice is received 14 or more days prior to schedule date of arrival. If your notice is less than 14 days, a full refund will be given only if we are able to re-rent your room. There will be a $15.00 processing fee for all cancelled reservations. From September 18 - October 31st (Fall Foliage Season) our cancellation policy is 30 days before arrival. All deposits are non-refundable if not canceled within the guideline of 30 days before arrival even if the guest room is re-rented. Many major holidays also have a 30 day cancellation.
• Check In: 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Later check-ins may be arranged only with advanced notification. Check Out: No later than 10:00 a.m. Later check-outs may be arranged only with advanced notification. Early departures will still be charged for the full amount specified in the reservation.
• Restrictions: Children age 13 and older are welcome. No pets. No smoking. There is a $250.00 charge for smoking inside the inn.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast
• Recreation & Activities: Bicycle, walking and snowmobile trails, shopping, public golf course, ski slopes, downhill and cross country skiing, art galleries, and more.
• Attractions & Special Events: Historic museums, antique and old country stores, the historic "Marketplace at the Bridgewater Mill" Dartmouth College and the Hopkins Center in Hanover, and the Quechee Gorge.
• Directions: Located six miles west of the center of Woodstock, traveling on Route 4 west, just before the Bridgewater Mill Marketplace on your left. If you are traveling east on Route 4 from Killington, or Route 100, we are on the right just after the Bridgewater Mill Marketplace, eight miles from the Killington Mountain Access Road. Rt. 4 is located off Interstate 89.
  The Inn is located approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes north of Boston, 5 hours from New York City and 3 1/2 hours from Mystic Connecticut.
