Minimum stay is 2 nights on weekends during summer (June
through August) and 2 nights during foliage (late September through
mid-October). Three-night minimums and/or holiday rates may apply
for selected holidays.

- Payment: Deposit is payment in full for a 1-night stay
or 50% for stays of 2 or more nights. Visa, MasterCard, and
travelers' checks accepted.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received
at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date to ensure a full
refund of deposit, less a $25.00 fee. Within 2 weeks, a refund of
deposit is given only if room is re-rented.
- Restrictions: No pets. No smoking indoors. Children 14
and older welcome.
