• Rates: $109.00 to $169.00 per day, based upon double occupancy. Additional person in room $20.00. Ski packages available in season. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: Deposit of one night's stay required for reservation. Cash, personal checks, traveller's checks, Visa, and MasterCard are accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 3 days (7 days during foliage season) prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit.
• Restrictions: No smoking. No pets. Children over 8 are welcome.
• Breakfast: A complimentary full country breakfast featuring Harrington smoked meats is served every morning.
• Recommended Favorite Recipe: Blueberry French Toast.
• Special Events at Inn: Receptions and meetings for 8 to 10 people and family reunions -- your home away from home! Open to the public for British-style afternoon tea on Sundays, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., September through Mother's Day.
• Recreation & Activities: Centrally located to shopping, boating, hiking, skiing (downhill & cross-country), museums, and golf.
• Attractions & Special Events: Burlington is just 12 miles away on the Champlain Lake. There are music festivals, art shows, boating, hiking, and shopping. Several excellent restaurants are a few minutes away. The Inn is 30 to 40 minutes to Stowe, Sugarbush, and Smuggler's Notch ski areas. Fall Foliage (last week of September to third week in October) is a wonderful time of year to come. The Inn is just 20 minutes from Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Factory, Vermont Teddy Bear Company, and Shelburne Museum.
