• Rates: $150.00 to $175.00 plus tax. Plus $30.00 per additional person in room. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: Full deposit required for 1-night stays. For stays of more than 1 night, 1/2 of your stay is due. Cash and personal checks accepted. No credit cards.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 5 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit (no refunds on rooms held 4 weeks or more, and no refunds on holiday weekends).
• Restrictions: No smoking indoors. No pets. Children 8 and older are welcome.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast.

• Recreation & Activities: Swimming, crabbing, birding, kayaking, biking on premise, and acres of private beach. Tennis, golf (discounts available to guests), and boating all nearby. Host can book fishing trips.
