A wonderfully delicious full breakfast
awaits you each morning. Delight in fresh seasonal fruit;
homemade granola; fresh baked muffins, coffee cake, or scones;
a hot entree; and coffee or tea. Guest favorites include
croissant French toast, green chili-cheese frittata, and "made
to order" omelettes. The view from the dining room takes
in aspen-covered Boulder Mountain and a variety of colorful
birds cavorting at the feeders outside the windows.
Complimentary beverages are available throughout the day, with
hors d'oeuvres and sangria served each evening. Beverages and
snacks are served from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Capitol Reef National Park. This scenic drive offers
incredible views of colorful cliffs and massive domes
culminating in a sheer-walled canyon. Hike to the top of
Cassidy's Arch or to Hickman's Bridge, both with spectacular
panoramas. Stroll down the Grand Wash with its "narrows".
During the summer and fall you are invited to enter the
ancient orchards planted by pioneers and pick you own fruit.

four-wheel drive vehicle so that you can cross the Fremont
River and explore Cathedral Valley with its stark monoliths
and soaring spires. Additional attractions include a
200-foot-long rock art panel considered one of the finest in
the world, a nature walk to a 126-foot-high waterfall, and the
Burr Trail with its twisting switchbacks and magnificent
