The Bootstrap at Round Top is a newly restored farmhouse located near Round Top in the beautiful central Texas less than 2 hours from either Austin or Houston. This charming late 19th century Saltbox home is situated on eighteen beautiful rolling acres that overlooks a large stocked pond.

The Bootstrap offers spacious, tastefully decorated accommodations with three guest bedrooms and two baths. Complemented by the home's original pine plank flooring, beaded woodwork and restoration glass windows, this home gives way to relaxing lazy days and big sky nights. The home also features a fully equipped kitchen, as well as Satellite Dish TV and a washer and dryer. Bootstrap's spacious covered porch overlooks a stocked pond featuring a new pier, in addition to two flagstone patio areas which are perfect for lounging. Guest have use of the fishing boat, horseshoe pit, hammock, and BBQ pit, as well as an outdoor fireplace.
