• Accommodations: Main House: 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms.
  Shatzie Game Room: Two pull out sofabeds and two air beds.

• Rates: $350.00 per night, single or double occupancy. $50.00 per night for each additional person. Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Open: All year.

• Payment: All credit cards are processed 10 days prior to the scheduled check-in date for the total amount due.
• Cancellation Policy: If you cancel the reservation 10 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date, your credit card will be charged $35.00 per unit for cancellation. A charge equal to your complete confirmed reservation will be made if you cancel 10 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival date. You will be charged full price unless we are able to rebook your reservation dates. If we are able to rebook your entire reservation, your credit card will be billed $35.00. Weather conditions are not a valid reason for cancellation, however, if roads are impassable according to the Texas Department of Transportation, a different cancellation policy may be instituted.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. No hunting or guns allowed. Children welcome.
• Breakfast: Continental Plus Breakfast.
• Special Events at Inn: Family reunions. Guided hunts available off property.
• Recreation & Activities: Fishing, nature viewing, hiking, and mountain biking.
• Attractions & Special Events: 200 Texas Hill Country Acres, beautiful San Saba River, Fishing in the San Saba River, Many Species of Exotic Game on Ranch for viewing, and Native Wildlife including Trophy White Tailed Deer and Wild Turkey.
