Nestled among centuries-old oak trees, Anglin Rose Bed and Breakfast is a charming Victorian home located in historic Cleburne, Texas known for its great antique shopping, about an hour southwest of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex near Granbury.

Recently restored to its original 1892 elegance and authenticity, this bed and breakfast inn is encompassed with antiques true to the times.

The home was built in 1892 for John L. and Annie Cleveland, owners of Cleburne Cottonseed Oil Mill and Sterling & Cleveland Hardware Store. Mr. Cleveland was instrumental in bringing the railroad to Cleburne. The home was purchased in January 1998 by Milton and Saundra Williams and has since undergone massive restoration.

The Anglin Rose features two "theme" bedrooms, each creating an old-world charm and atmosphere all its own. All of the lodging accommodations upstairs have cable television and share a common hallway which grants them access to a small kitchen area, as well as to the quaint little balcony that views the majestic oak tree. A full gourmet breakfast is served each morning.

The Anglin Rose is within a short distance to antique malls and downtown shopping. The town of Glen Rose, with its Dinosaur Valley, Fossil Rim, and The Promise play, is also nearby. The city park is only two blocks away and provides tennis courts and a pool. Avid golfers will want to check out the municipal golf course nearby or the Squaw Valley Golf Course, only 20 miles away.
