Commodore Hotel

The Commodore Hotel resides in the town of Linden that sits atop the hills above the Buffalo River.

The name of this historic town was inspired by a poem entitled, "Hohenlinden" by Thomas Campbell. It has been the county seat since 1848. Originally built in 1939, the historic Commodore Hotel has been lovingly restored to showcase its unique beauty while offering guest friendly modern amenities.

The Commodore Hotel offers the elegant atmosphere of a big city hotel, whether it's the grand fireplace, high ceilings, beautiful crown moldings of the lobby and rooms, or the tastefully decorated banquet/meeting room and main dining room.

Specialties include fresh hand-cut meats, fish and vegetables, which are exclusive prime quality and cooked to order with traditional country goodness and sophisticated flavor. The cafe offers a full menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
