• Minimum stay: 2 nights on weekends. Some holiday periods require a 3-night minimum stay. Exceptions, depend on availability.

• Payment: Deposit of one night's stay is required. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and personal checks accepted.
• Check-in: 3:00 p.m. If you are not able to arrive by 9:00 p.m., please call for special instructions. Guests with dinner reservations should plan to arrive by 6:30 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 10 days prior to scheduled arrival for a full refund of deposit. Early departure may be subject to a one-night room charge. For multiple reservations the cancellation notice required is 30 days.
• Restrictions: Smoking permitted outdoors only. Children 12 and older in all accommodation and younger children in cottages and guesthouses. Sorry, no pets. Drinking OK.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast; room service available.
• Dinner: 4-course dinner with set menu - $25.00 per person. Reservation required.
• Languages Spoken: French and English.

• Directions: From Sevierville, take Dolly Parton Parkway (411) east. Turn right onto 416 and go approximately 5 miles. Where 416 turns sharply to the left, continue straight into Birds Creek Road and proceed 5 miles to the G Webb Gallery, where Birds Creek Road becomes Buckhorn Road (straight ahead and slightly to the left). Follow Buckhorn Road about 1 mile to the Buckhorn Inn sign. Turn left onto Tudor Mountain Road and proceed the short distance to the Inn.
