- Restrictions: No smoking, no pets. Children welcome.
- Breakfast: complimentary full gourmet breakfast served every morning. Afternoon refreshment too. With advanced notice we will accommodate special dietary needs.
- Special Inn Events: Going to the beach: For all our guests, free of charge we lend you beach chairs, beach towels, sunscreen, flip flops, and beach bag. For $30.00 we'll add a picnic lunch for including: sandwiches, salad, fruit, drinks, chips and dessert in cooler -- and the sturdy canvas beach bag is yours to keep! Strawberry Festival at Smith's Castle, Providence Waterfire Season, Rhythm & Roots Festival, Newport Jazz Festival, and Historic Wickford.
- Recreation & Activities: Beach, water sports, on-site (in season) pool and spa in the garden conservatory. Day trips to Newport for a tour of the Mansions, ferry ride to Block Island, museums, boating, shops and restaurants.
