- Rates: $125.00 to $175.00. Off season rates available upon request. Additional $15.00 per night for third person. $25.00 for fourth person. Rates are subject to change without notice.

- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund less a $20.00 cancellation fee. No refund for cancellations received less than 2 weeks of scheduled arrival date.
- Restrictions: No smoking. No pets. Well behaved children are welcome with prior approval.
- Breakfast: Full breakfast. We have our own farm fresh eggs. Special dietary requests can be accommodated.

- Recreation & Activities: Biking, kayaking, swimming, surfing, fishing, golf/mini-golf, kite flying, movie theatres.
- Attractions & Special Events: Ocean, lighthouses, Block Island, Jamestown, Newport, the Towers, Wickford Village, University of Rhode Island, historical museums and sites, seafood festivals, hot air balloon festival, art festivals, Blessing of the Fleet/Road Race.
- Recommended Local Restaurants: Champlain's Seafood Deck, Spain, Arturo Joe's, Crazy Burger, and Hammerhead Grille.
- Recommended Local Best Kept Secrets: A spot for kayaking just down the road in a fabulous salt pond or fishing and hiking off Black Point trails.
