Ingredients
For 6- to 7-ounce striped bass portions
4 cups Summer Orzo Salsa
4 scallions, grilled
1 tablespoon white truffle oil (available at specialty stores)
Chives, chopped for garnish

Grill striped bass until done. Place salsa in the center of the plate and place the bass over the salsa. Garnish with grilled scallion, truffle oil, and chives.

Serves: 4.
